PiiGAB 900T, Smart Metering Gateway, Mbus converter (bundle)

Just like its big brother PiiGAB M-Bus 900S, the PiiGAB M-Bus 900T is a competent M-Busmaster intended for remote reading of M-Bus meters with up to four clients at the same time. You can read remotely via local networks, city networks, the internet or via an already existing M-Busmaster. You can also connect Modbus clients in parallel to read values ​​from M-Bus meters to the PLC/DUC or show a local display.

The PiiGAB M-Bus 900T is intended to be used to transparently read all types of meters that support the M-Bus standard (EN13757). The M-Bus converter translates the electrical interface of the M-Bus to the respective client. The transparent M-Bus message in the converter is not affected, but the message is sent unengraved to one of the four clients.

The PiiGAB M-Bus 900T can supply a total of 5, 20, 60 or 120 M-Bus loads depending on the license. There are four parallel-connected terminals for connection to the M-Bus meters. PiiGAB M-Bus 900T can be ordered with 2 or 4 clients. The M-Bus converter also supports Modbus and M-Bus ASCII clients.

With the additional application QuickPost, meter data can also be exported to FTP server or HttpPost server.

With the MQTT add-on application, you can easily and efficiently send data from your meters and sensors to your IOT hub via any MQTT broker.

With the Wireless extension, wireless M-Bus meters can be read in an M-Bus system.

What separates the various models is that we have stripped away the functions that are less commonly requested by our users on the PiiGAB M-Bus 900T. The PiiGAB M-Bus 900T therefore lacks connections for the serial interfaces RS232 & RS485. We have also picked the port slave outputs as well as the relay and digital inputs.
